Searching for Happiness
Life really is a mixture of sunshine and rain. Some days you're happy and others you're sad. That's what being human is all about. And, that's why art exists. Art is therapy. It’s transformative. Even at a glance, it's a thing that can alter your mind in an instant.
Whether you create art for yourself or for others, watch a great story unfold through film, or hang something you love on your walls—art truly has the power to heal. It can lift us when we need it most. That's what creating this series did for me. For a long time—to quiet the blues—I covered my walls, social pages, and everyday life with “Happiness” (And it worked!) It occupied my mind and shifted my focus when I was struggling with anxiety and depression. This series helped me cope and overcome much of what I’d been struggling with and holding onto since I was a kid, and now,
I want to share it with you.
For a long time, I chased the rainbow. I searched for colors that screamed and sunshine that never went away. Because of that, I created a massive personal archive of happy moments. This is “Searching for Happiness” a limited edition, mood-enhancing collection captured between 2014-2020.
In a world that can often feel dark and overwhelming, I hope this can be a remedy.
Going Solo is part of an ongoing Pool Art series entitled "Swimming in a Pool of Emotions." This series explores both the joy and pain of being human and finding a balance between the two.

We offer three custom framing options so that your art fits seamlessly into any space in your home. We suggest framing your artwork as it’s the best way to protect your art from non-archival packing materials. Once it arrives, it’s ready to hang on your wall. Our custom frames are made to order with love in L.A. and are available in white, black, and natural maple wood.
See below for more information about our frames and hanging hardware:
Our frames are made from premium hardwood frame molding in white, black, and natural maple wood.
