We ship all unframed 11” x 14” art prints inside a fitted plastic sleeve in a rigid mailer. For all other art prints, we carefully roll and place the art print in a tube. We then place the tube in a second reinforced cardboard container to ensure the maximum protection and safe arrival of your art print. Every art print sold will be signed and numbered by Kim Genevieve and comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. The certificate includes the title, dimension, materials, and details about the artwork and the edition series information. It’s important to keep your certificate as it will help with the future value of the work adding provenance and context around the acquisition of the piece.

Yes, we offer custom framing for orders within the continental U.S and Canada. We offer three framing finishes for you to choose from (matte white, black, or natural maple wood). Each frame comes with: UV-blocking acrylic glass, which protects against 91% UV rays, heat-activated foam board backing, Braided picture wire & nail (11x14 and 16x24 sizes), Wall Buddies and heavy nails (24x36, 30x45, and 36x54 sizes), and a protective paperback finish. For more information on our framing, please see our Buyers Guide.
Our high-quality frames are custom made to order. Each frame comes with UV-shielding plexiglass, archival acid-free foam core backing, a paperback finish, an attached certificate of Authenticity, and a hanging hardware kit.

Each framed art print arrives ready to hang with hanging wire or wall buddies already attached to allow for easy installation. For more information on framing, please see our Buyers Guide.
We offer multiple frame sizes to fit your space and encourage you to measure your space carefully. We have provided dimensions for the artwork based on the paper size, and frame size within each product listed.

Due to the custom nature of our art prints, all sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. When an edition is sold out, it will no longer be available to purchase. Kim Genevieve signs and numbers all limited-edition art prints (on the bottom right side of the print, just below the image) and each limited-edition art print comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. We currently offer five print sizes per image as limited editions (11”x14”, 16” x 24”, 24” x 36”, 30” x 45”, and 36” x 54”). Prices are graduated so that as the edition runs low , the prices increase. Once an edition sells out, it is closed forever and will no longer be available.
